This role includes the following:
Responsibilities
You will have a proven ability, and responsibility, to lead and mentor a team, implementing new procedures and strategies alongside a history in a senior commercial position with UK main contractor. This is a consultancy role and you must therefore be able to demonstrate an ability to work effectively in a client facing environment.
The responsibilities of this role include:
Individual
a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying (or similar)
status as a Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
a minimum of 10 years of major infrastructure project experience in a management role
extensive knowledge of main standard forms of contract, specifically both the NEC and JCT
procurement experience on large value contracts
experience of managing claims and dispute avoidance/resolution
