Jack Robson

Jack is a commercial and project management professional with over 15 years’ of experience in the infrastructure/construction industry, having worked for tier 1 contractors in the UK, Ireland, North America, and Australia. Jack is currently a consultant for Macquarie Capital, responsible for asset creation and management within their Infrastructure & Energy Capital division.
As part of his role with Macquarie, Jack is a board adviser for several companies that operate within social housing in Ireland, telecommunications in the UK and data storage infrastructure in Benelux. Jack is also the Assistant General Manager for a PPP SPV, delivering six new higher education buildings across multiple campuses in Ireland.
Prior to joining Macquarie, Jack gained extensive experience working on distressed projects, where the roles involved leading the commercial function and improving the project’s financial position by establishing a recovery plan, implementing new procedures and processes, repairing damaged stakeholder relationships, and assessing and negotiating upstream and downstream contractual claims.
Paul Singh

Paul has a wealth of experience in the Construction Industry having spent more than a decade leading many high-profile projects, including numerous claims for private and commercial clients.
He has a BSc in both Psychology and Quantity Surveying as well as an MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution. He has won coveted awards for his industry and been published by leading institutions and journals. He is also a Board Member within the CIOB and the City of London Chamber of Commerce.
He is a passionate professional and has a close understanding of project cost controls and both the contracting and procurement processes.
Ashley Crawford
Managing Director / Senior Claims Consultant
Ashley is an internationally experienced consultant. In order to perform his role as effectively as possible, there is a requirement to remain hands-on and understanding of all and any updates to industry commercial and claims management, as such he continues to provide consultancy services on a part-time basis only.
Ashley has come from a major projects background. He has commercial and legal qualifications and a vast variety of experience to enhance his ability to deal with commercial matters and major construction claims and disputes. He has excellent experience of dealing with complex claims and contractual/legal issues and in determining strategy.
