General Overview

Ashley is an internationally experienced consultant. In order to perform his role as effectively as possible, there is a requirement to remain hands-on and understanding of all and any updates to industry commercial and claims management, as such he continues to provide consultancy services on a part-time basis only.

Ashley has come from a major projects background. He has commercial and legal qualifications and a vast variety of experience to enhance his ability to deal with commercial matters and major construction claims and disputes. He has excellent experience of dealing with complex claims and contractual/legal issues and in determining strategy.

Experienced in negotiating complex contract terms and/or change events in order to secure best value
Able to provide a high standard of commercial control on technically challenging projects
Managed 20+ Adjudications and 5+ Arbitrations
Hardworking, articulate, confident and persuasive team-builder, with the ability to motivate and communicate to achieve exceptional results
Technically competent with sound IT, planning and organisational skills
