Paul has a wealth of experience in the Construction Industry having spent more than a decade leading many high-profile projects, including numerous claims for private and commercial clients.
He has a BSc in both Psychology and Quantity Surveying as well as an MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution. He has won coveted awards for his industry and been published by leading institutions and journals. He is also a Board Member within the CIOB and the City of London Chamber of Commerce.
He is a passionate professional and has a close understanding of project cost controls and both the contracting and procurement processes.
