The Avon Castle Drive project is the construction of a high-end luxury house for a private client.

The dwelling is in the exclusive Ringwood estate, and boasts more than 10,000 square feet, including an indoor pool, gym and outdoor football pitch.

CostPro were engaged as the Employer's Agent in 2020 at which point the design was at RIBA Stage 3. CostPro advised the Client to split the project into two phases (1. Shell and Core, and 2. Fit Out). The first phase was let under a design and build contract which successfully came in under budget. The Fit Out phase has been let on a Construction Management basis, and is still ongoing but currently also expected to be under budget.

The project has suffered delays as a result of COVID and the Russian/Ukraine war, however, these delays have been mitigated where possible and the Client is on-track to move into his new home by August 2023.
