Our Client entered into a contract with Network Rail for construction works to be undertaken at the London end of the Honiton Tunnel Portal  for the cutting on both the Up and Dn sides immediately outside of the tunnel. 

Our Client are responsibe for the design and construction of the works, albeit under different contracts and packages. 

The works entail gravity retention walls, regrade and water management/drainage works to stabilise the cutting.

CostPro have been engaged to review the commercial position of our Client as their anticipated final cost (AFC) was drastically higher than the Total of the Prices agreed between the parties. Having provided this review, CostPro have been tasked with providing the Commercial Management and Delay Analysis support to obtain recovery of these monies.
