The project was the construction of a circa 10,000 square foot luxury dwelling in London.

From 2019 to 2022 CostPro were engaged as the Employer's Agent to advise and consult on all commercial and project management aspects relating to the project. 

Unfortunately, CostPro were appointed as a direct result of the contractor's poor performance and our first task resulted in terminating the contractor and ultimately defending against a claim of wrongful termination in an arbitration. FYI, we achieved a successful award of rightful termination.
