The Oakleigh Avenue project involved the construction of a new 5 bedroom dwelling in North London.

Our Client was the main contractor on the development and upon completion of the Shell and Core works, and some fo the Fit Out works. The Employer began withholding payments due to our Client and even attempted to terminate our Client.

CostPro was engaged as our Client felt they had been wrongfully terminated and were owed over £250,000. Our first step was to review the records and produce a claim to the Employer for recovery of monies owed. Unfortunately the Employer failed to make payments of the amounts claimed which resulted in CostPro managing our Client through an adjudication.
