By assisting in the development of Tottenham Hotspur's new stadium, we have helped to create a major sports and entertainment landmark for visitors, the wider community, London and the UK.

With a capacity of 62,000, the atmospheric bowl ensures spectators are closer to the pitch than at any other comparable ground in the UK, with uninterrupted views for everyone at any event. 

Working on this exciting project with Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, CostPro delivered Commercial Management expertise and Claims and Dispute services for the redevelopment of the new stadium. Our role centered on defining the commercial execution strategy for our Client and preparation fo a claim for recovery of monies being withheld by the Football Club. Ultimately this resulted in a successful adjudication and thereafter a rewarding settlement.
