The project was for a small extension to the West Cliff Theatre, Clacton on Sea. The extension was to accommodate a larger and modernised ladies toilet.

CostPro were engaged to provide our Client with a Bill of Quantities and Tender for the project. Upon completion of our services, our client was successful with the tender and completed the project achieving the tendered net profit.
